Provident Place
The Housing Authority of Pompano Beach celebrated the groundbreaking of Provident Place, an affordable senior housing community, (62 +) as the first phase of the multi-phase revitalization of Golden Acres (USDA) in Pompano Beach. Construction is expected to take 13-months, with final community completion by Summer 2025.
This midrise, with elevators, senior community consists of two buildings comprised of one and two-bedroom units, as well as, a community room, fitness center, and a covered pavilion with grills.
